We offer a range of different fabric types and textures like silky velvet, polyester, linen, and cotton. You can order up to five free fabric sample swatches at no cost to really feel the texture of our pillow covers. Contact us to order more than five swatches.
We offer a warranty that guarantees your pillow covers for one year from manufacturing defects. After the warranty period, repairs needed due to manufacturing defects, or customer wear and tear, will require a fee plus shipping.
Our pillow covers can be ordered in different sizes and shapes, like square, lumbar, and large lumbar. Fabric patterns can be placed on both sides, or only one side with a plain backing. You can also choose to add different trim options on many of our pillow covers.
Interior designers that register with our trade program have additional customization options.
As designers, we love rolling out new inspiration to decorate your home with! You’ll find we change our main collections out every spring and fall annually, with added pop-up specialty collections that arrive for summer and winter. We offer our standard pillow inserts year round.
We offer free shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States. International shipping or shipping to other US territories will require additional fees.
Because our pillow covers are handmade-to-order, orders will typically ship in three to four weeks. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package. Actual shipping times will vary based on your location and weather conditions.
You will receive tracking information through email on your order once it is shipped.
Depending on the scope of your order, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. Orders with a refusal at delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Because our pillow covers are made-to-order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Our pillow inserts are also non-refundable. Please contact us prior to placing your order with any questions you have regarding pillow size or material.
