Refund policy

RETURNS

Our pillow covers are made-to-order and therefore not eligible for return for refund.  We are here to help you feel 100% confident when placing your order so please contact us for sample swatches and if you have questions regarding sizes before placing your order.

Pillow inserts are final sale and not returnable.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be made within 12 hours.  Cancellations made between 12 - 72 hours after placing an order with incur a 15% cancellation fee.  No cancellations can be made after 72 hours.

DAMAGE

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@christybhome.com immediately so we can work to make it right.  No damage claims will be accepted after 72 hours of package arrival.

Please note that certain fabrics have natural variations that are not considered defects.  Linens and other weaves may have occasional loops or slubs which are a normal characteristic of natural fibers.  Printed and hand-dyed textiles may have occasional flecks or irregularities normal to the printing and dying process.  We inspect all our fabrics thoroughly prior to construction.

WARRANTY

Pillow covers are guaranteed for 1 year from manufacturing defects.  Repairs for manufacturing defect within the warranty period will be offered at no additional cost. Repairs requested after the warranty period, or due to customer wear and tear, will be charged a repair fee plus shipping.  Please reach out to support@christybhome.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
