Pillow covers are custom made-to-order, typically in 3-4 weeks. Once complete, orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of package and delivery territory. You will receive tracking information on your order once it ships. A signature may be required at the time of delivery.
Packages sent back to us due to refusal at delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Pillow inserts may arrive separate from pillow covers in order to reduce shipping material waste and protect the fabric covers during transit.
